if they also have access to the torrent file then yes then can find out that you downloaded the game. they just need to get some statistics on the torrent, like who is downloading. it will show the IPs of all those who are downloading.
however, if they do not have access to the torrent file, they won't be able to find out, unlike using P2P like limewire where a simple search will already give away your IP if you have that file with you.
