About a month ago, The Shakey's V-League held a volleyball clinic at the SM North Annex. I saw this young lady taking time out to sign autographs and talk to kids after the event and went on a cyberspace trawl to find out about her. It turns out she's a player for San Sebastian College named Lou Ann Latigay. Unfortunately, it seems she might have injured her ACL and may be sidelined for now. But, in any case, because it was just so heartwarming seeing her encouraging kids to take up volleyball, I decided to post whatever photographs I found of her on my search. Some might have been posted already so I apologize to Seigneur Clinton for re-posting them.

Allow me to post a few photographs of LouAnn's teammate featured in the preceding set: Margarita Pepito. After reading a comment on an online forum run by the fans of another school (one that isn't even a member of the NCAA) calling her "Monkeyface", Marj--in typical good (and admittedly off-beat) humor--adopted the comment as a sort of nickname among her teammates and close friends.

If any of these photos have already been posted, I apologize once again to Seigneur Clinton for duplicating them.

Thank you, Seigneur Clinton. I must give credit, though, to Chevalier Jongordz for sparking my interest in contributing photographs for this thread with his request for swimsuit photos of Mlle. Fille Cainglet. To be honest, I have rarely posted photos for this topic since I admittedly don't recognize the majority of athletes featured here except for the more popular ones like Mlles. Thea Africa, Gretchen Ho, and M.J. Pepito. If it hadn't been for that V-League clinic at SM North, I probably would never have known about Mlle. LouAnn, either. Still, it's nice to know that the photos I find are appreciated by my fellow Espiyas.

However, I do wonder--based on her photos above--why anyone would call Mlle. Marj Pepito a "Monkeyface".

Nag-start na naman ang UAAP Volleyball Tournament. At nandun na naman favorite team ko, Ateneo Lady Eagles (talo nga lang sa La Salle last weekend).

Sir Bill, any update or any new post re: UAAP Hot Volleybelles? Special mention si Ms. Cainglet at Ho ng Ateneo.  :D

Mga ka espiya nakita n'yo ba yung laban ng adamson at ust nung wednesday? Kasi yung suot ni pau soriano halos kita yung nipples niya sa kanyang athletes's bra. Grabe aware kaya siya? Halos sa simula hanggang pag tapos ata ng laban e.

nasundan ko kanina sa s23 laban ng ateneo and la salle... breathtaking... para kong pinapanood ang peborit team ko sa nba or kapag nakaka-goal ang barca... though talo ang mga agila...damn, i just hope na makalaro next game si fille na-tweak nya ankle nya... ang cute cute pa naman nya nung tinatarayan nya si reyes... ::inlove ::inlove ::inlove
