Joke lang. Para sa akin, kung palagay mo ay balanced naman ang diet mo, hindi mo naman kakailanganin MASYADO ng vitamins. Pero kapag umiinom ka ng alak, kape o softdrinks regularly (mga diuretic o pampaihi), or when you smoke, it's a good idea to take supplements of Vitamin C, and Vitamin B complex. Yan ang madalas kinukulang.
Kapag minerals naman, just go with the varied diet. And go easy on the salt, even when it's iodized. For me, it's not just with the nutrition thing but for the taste. Salt masks the fresh taste of food. And you only need tiny bits of minerals in your food. Still, when you drink or smoke, or when you expect a baby, it's a good idea to take supplements. Just avoid supplements that promise too much.
