Iphone 3G  has taken the mobile industry by a storm. Thanks to the pre-launching hype that Apple orchestrated and voila, people in the United States started lining up to get their Iphone units.

Even in the Philippines, everyone went agog on the Iphone but when news came out that Globe intends to sell it at a whooping P40,000, the Iphone craze died a natural death. Of course those who can afford it are keenly glued on the internet for its release, but for mere mortals like us, the Iphone 3G has become a part of our Christmas wish list that hopefully Santa would be kind enough to reward us with.

Until a flicker of hope seethed in --- Auction.ph IHOOPLA EVENT  where a 3G IPHONE is the coveted prize. And joining is so easy. Just sign up and submit your bid and if your lucky streak is on your side, then you  might just get it at a most unbelievably low price.

Am keeping my fingers crossed on this one. In fact, am trying to earn more entries. The more entries I submit, the bigger chances I have of winning!

See if I get it, I wont bother Santa this Christmas anymore!

well, it does have bluetooth, but not for filesharing...simply for use with bluetooth headsets/car sets only...

Ganun 40k ito binebenta sa pinas? Kala ko ba half the price? E bakit mas mahal yata ang presyo? Try ko nga bumili sa Australia baka sakali mura mura

Wala palang bluetooth kainis naman :(

bossing linawin lang natin kasi ang $199(8gb) and $299(16gb) prices ng iPhone ON A 2-YR CONTRACT with AT&T of a minimum of $49(with internet 3g) a month so it ends up at almost $1,200 total cost kasi walang prepaid ang iPhone sa US

bro check your sources, pang hype lang yung sinabi ni steve jobs na 199usd 8gb iphone 3g, it comes with a higher plan (than previous) with 2yrs lock up with at&t, in short halos pareho lang sa globe pwede mo rin makuha sa equivalent nya yun or free pa nga kung mag platinum plan... so d globe ang dapat sisihin kundi si steve jobs na nagpaasa sa marami, kaso ganon talaga business e para create ng stir at ma hype ang tao (which naging effective naman ata) kaya ka naiinis  ;D

Up to now hindi pa rin ba bumababa ang presyo ng iphone 2 sa pinas? Dito me ngayon sa Riyadh kaso sobrang mahal pa din eh nasa 3,995 rials siya so pag convert mo sa peso mga 65,000 pesos grabe talaga....

iPhone is complete! I can transfer files thru bluetooth naman ah. Configure nyo lang mga tol... and dont' be afraid to experiment.

when you said don't be afraid to experiment, you meant jailbreaking right? 'coz i've explored my iphone 3g's settings and i see no way to use the bluetooth for file sharing.  i hope i'm wrong though so i can send/receive files via bluetooth. Assist naman bro. More power to Espiya.
