I would opt to raise all concerns here to correct whatever is to be corrected once and for all. If this would be dealt via PM between Ybanag and me, there would be a tendency of repeated incidence. So for the benefit of everybody, I encourage everyone to discuss it here (discuss! not argue!).

First off, I assume that the violation I did according to you is against rule number 1. Do not post consecutive replies on the same thread. I personally think that this is an overlooked rule. Does this mean that if I have to post 15 images, I have to wait for someone to reply first for me to be able to post the remaining photos? I think this pertains to the replies made to the original post, not the post itself. Besides, I've seen not only you who do this, but other mods and members as well.

Aside from that, the other rules you highlighted is obviously not my concern and none that I violated against. I would be waiting for your reply here and hope not to start any personal argument here.

More importantly, use the multiple file attachment option when posting more than one picture. Posting one picture per reply (as in the old forum) is no longer allowed.

It is illegal to hotlink our files (to display images or directly link to files in our server on another site) or hotlink from others (displaying on espiya files that are hosted on other servers/sites, except when the hosting service is for such purpose). This is considered bandwidth theft.

6. Thou shall not usurp the authority of moderators/administrators. Only moderators are allowed to reprimand or cite members for violation of forum rules. If you see a violation, report the post to the moderator for appopriate action. Citing a fellow member for violation may lead to public humiliation and destroy the peace in the forums.

7. Thou shall not post copyrighted images, such as photos from  porn paysites. This is illegal. Period.

8. Thou shall not post anything that will harm minors, such as child pornography. Do not post pictures of anybody below 18, UNLESS the subject is a personality or someone in the news.

9. Thou shall always use descriptive Titles in the topics you are starting. Use keywords that describe the topic.

10. Thou shall describe the files you are distributing through this forum. You should also make sure that they are free from spyware, malware, viruses or trojans.

11. Thou shall keep your account information private. Do not share your login names and passwords.

12. Thou shall not post hacked accounts / passwords of other websites.

These rules take effect immediately and repeal the rules which had been announced and implemented before.

Actually, medyo mabait pa ang mga MOD dito, sa dami ng mga violator, malamang wala nang matitira dito sa espiya dahil puros nakabanned na sa dami ng violations na ginawa.

Nasa kay SD pa rin ang lahat ng ito.  Sana maging mahinahon ang lahat dito. Kung ang lahat ay susunod sa mga patakaran at magbabasa ng lahat ng rules and regulations  bago magpost ay baka hindi humantong sa ganito ang lahat. PEACE sa lahat

May mga abusadong mods dito (alam mo na kung sino ka), na wala man lang pasabi kung magbubura o mag modify ng posts. Mod pa naman sana, have proper etiquette naman. Kung mag moderate kayo ng board nyo, sana man lang kahit pasabi o warning before deleting our posts. tsk tsk.

mejo off topic but yup i agree with yubi with this.. yubi may not be pointing anyone here.. but i observed that some of us here removed watermark logo of someone from other forums and then made their own logo on that image just to say that they are the one who shared it.. and that bypassed rule no. 5.. sir coated_pill hope u would understand his issue.. i think my "kinalaman" din ata po d2 un..

back to topic:
i see ur point her IWM.. u'r only doing this so that it will never happened again because contributing members are trying hard to share what they have.. and as for the Mods.. we must also thank them for keeping this community good and their doing their jobs with their own freewill.

but...

we the members of the forum must support this site and so we must respect each other.. leechers, contributors, moderators must be at peace.. so we msut end the arguement and find the solution for a better nation of Espiya.Net

Clarification regarding image attachment rule:

• The system limit is five pics per post/reply. Based on that, the thread starter can only make two posts -- the thread main post and a reply. (This is if the images are directly hosted in our forum)
  
  
• If the images are hosted externally, we don't set limit on the number of images attached for as long as we try to maintain the 2 posts for thread starters.
  
  
• The rule about one picture per reply still exists.

This particular rule was not clearly stated in our 12 commandments. There was no rule regarding externally hosted images. So for future reference, please refer to the above clarification to avoid repeated incidence.

Guys let the one's involve here resolve their issue's.

the 10 pics per thread rule doesn't apply on external images HOWEVER if you post consecutive replies in one thread, regardless of whether it contains images or not, it will be flagged down as spamming.
