well para saken, mas maayos talaga na na papaliwanag kung ano ang mga violations. for example nalang hindi naman tlga intentionally na gusto mag violate pero may na violate nya, so hindi niya alam kung ano yun at ang mangyayare nyan may chance na maulit pa niya kung ano ang na violate nya.

And sana intindihin din natin ang mga MODS naten. Hindi naman siguro sila FULL TIME na nag babantay dito at may iba pa silang ginagawa din like mga works nila or whatSoEver.

Kaya mag mahalan tayong lahat dito. Walang hindi na dadaan sa maayos na usapan.

kaya walang time since sa dami ng mga posts dito, not much time to spend here since we also have other things to do. its not just moderating that we do. In my case, I also have to browse through other forums, read through security logs (i.e. hjt, logme, mgtools,etc), read my mails, etc etc.

yung mga iba kasi they just don't understand that there are lots of things happening in the forum. its not just them that the mods have to deal with. sa dami ng mga posts, we have to deal with lots of others like those who complain about a certain thread (i.e. may magrequest na ipatanggal ang thread, may mag request na ipatanggal ang posting, etc etc), may magcomplain about other members, etc.

also have to check on some KSP members na ala na ginawa kundi magpost ng kung ano2x para lang mapansin (yung iba nag post pa ng mga thread na gusto nila awayin sila para lang mapansin sila).

lets assume a mod can only devote 1hour of his/her time to do all of this. kaya madalas, ala na time para mag explain pa ng action. just do the action needed to be done and proceed to the next thread to review (with the sheer number of threads, kulang pa yung 1hour para ireview lahat).

ina assign lang ang mga mods and currently SD probably also doesn't have enough time to assign more mods so the current mods make do with what time they have. there are less than 15 mods and among those very few are still very active.

kahit kami gusto namin mas marami ang mods para mas marami ang magbantay

back on topic, again with the particular thread, I did not do anything so its best to wait for what the other two mods say. the other two mod in pretty pinay section might not have time to even read through the posts here since up until now, we haven't heard from them in this thread. and again, this might be because they just have a lot of other more important things to do than indulge the curiosity of some people.

now as I understand it, the thread starter on the thread in question posted 4 times consecutively in the same page and the last 2 were removed. it might be because of the rule on double posts (posting consecutively in the same thread), it might have been the rule on number of images allowed per thread, it might have been that the images were hosted in a site that is not a image hosting site, it might have because someone complained about the images, and so on (I cannot say for sure since I did not see the full thread before the changes were made but there are lots of possible reasons). there are lots of possible reasons why the posts were removed. its even possible that it was automatically removed by the system or perhaps the forum server was not able to save it. or maybe the server had to be reset to an earlier tiem (this happens sometimes here so yung ibang nagrereklamo na nawala ang thread nila is sometimes due to this).

if you think there was no violation committed, then just repost it. if it does contain any violations, it will probably be dealt with again.

if there is a complaint about a certain thread that i had nothing to do with, I usually do not reply anymore but someone here dragged my name here implicating that since his post in cellphone section also disappeared before and that I was also a mod there (sino pa ba ibang pinapatamaan niya since ako lang isa moderator ng cellphone section). i replied here since I was pissed that someone is accusing me of something that he most likely doesn't even fully understand. I am even exercising some restraint from flat out calling that person names for insinuating something he doesn't even have a shred of evidence to back up his claim.

Yes, the mod in question knows about this issue. All your speculations about the system resetting itself (and etc.) are wrong. He claimed he was the one who deleted it. As to what violation, I do not know.

IWM wag mo nang asahan na may aamin pa dun sa pagbura ng post mo he he he he, di nya siguro matanggap na nagkamali rin sya.

May mga Mods talagang bastos dito, kasi ginawa lang silang mod kasi active sila sa forum pero may attitude naman, dapat yung mods na na-aassig ay yung may respeto sa mga espiya kahit na bastos ito or matigas ang ulo kasi kung mamemersonal nga naman sila e di lumalabas na unprofesional sila, mean di sila bagay maging moderator......tsk tsk tsk tsk...

kawawa naman ang ESPIYA.net kasi may mga mods sila na di marunong makitungo sa mga espiya. pinaghirapan nga naman yung pagpost tapos buburahin na lang basta na walang abiso tsk tsk tsk tsk......dapat pm nya muna or edit na lang nya, ,ay access din naman ang mga mods di ba? or kung wala ng time ang mga mods na maedit ng mga post especially sa mga image, pm na lang nya yung espiya na i-modify yung post nya or else idi-delete nya.


mga ka-espiya i thnk dapat magsuggest din tayo sa mga mods kung ano ang mga dabest nilang gawin kung hirap na sila sa magmoderate ng assign forum nila!

Mga ka espiya, ako ay matagal ng member dito at nasubaybayan ko ang bawat galaw at trabaho ng mga mods.... besides ung ibang mods na naabutan ko na ay mods pa din hanggang ngayon, akala lang natin hindi sila active pero well active sila ( maliban siguro sa iba ) me mga mods kasi na talagang sobrang busy sa trabaho, in fact taga middle east pa yung iba if im not mistaken... and wala din akong nakitang siga rito at lalong walang palakasan, napapansin naman natin na kapag merong maling member o abusado na gusto tayong lokohin, nagsasama sama tayong mga matatagal na at mga newbie di ba? Ang lahat ng espiya ay against sa mali, matagal ko ng nakikita yun...madami na ding pinagdaanan ito, nagbago na ng lay out, ng format at kung ano ano pa, and still kung hindi siguro sa effort ng mga mods at ni SG wala na sigurong espiya.net.....

Forum nga lang ito, lahat naman pwedeng mag drop by and umalis, pero kahit forum lang ito alam ko marami tayong nakuhang pakinabang dito, so in return, magkaisa tayo, bigyan natin ng tingin ang mga taong nag effort para sa ikatatagal at ikakaayos ng online community natin....

Nagkulang lang siguro tayo sa communication... me point si IWM para mag react and dapat din nating hintayin ang side ng Mod na nag delete ng post niya... IM sure me reason yun na siya lang ang nakakaalam...

Before this topic gets locked for flaming or possible flaming, I would like to make things clear here. I do not, in anyway, intend to start a fight between members and mods. I just want things to straighten up. Now I realized that this has been happening for quite some time as I can see.

Still no reply from that mod? Why choose to keep silent? I know somehow you know about this thread. Please give me YOUR reason for deleting my post and for having no etiquette in doing such. You are respected here as you are a great contributor in this forum, so please don't lose your credibility for this issue.

I hope everyone here gets my point. It's not about my post or what he did to it. It's about what has been happening already. As you can see, marami na pala ang nagaganito at alam ko marami pa jang iba natatakot lang magsalita.

I strongly Agree, and I know who is that MOD for the REASON that HE is the one responsible for DELETING my previous POST, REGARDING MINOR issue, na INFACT pwede naman pala as long as wlang bastusan "Quoted: MOD JAGUAR (in one of his post)"

Well, kasi nga Sila OK lang mag POST kahit MINOR. EH kung tayo Members wla!! no Must!
