Req: LAN HEAVY USER MONITOR

Does anyone know a program that does:
1. Determines of how of the bandwidth/speed/download/traffic is being used by a single station in a LAN.
2. Doesn't have to be installed in all PCs.
3. Easy to use.

It would be really great to suggest a specific program.
