Wala akong actual experience sa business (except internet marketing), pero based sa nakikita ko dito sa Davao, malakas yung pritong manok. Alam nyo yung JFC dito sa davao? Masang masa, pero anlakas ng benta.

Maraming advantage yun compared sa ibang food business

1. You only have to worry about 1 preparation --- chicken. Compared sa karenderia, mas madali itong iprepare. Di kailangan ng maraming tauhan, hindi rin kailangang gumising ng maaga. Pero same lang ang kita. Maybe more.

2. Everybody loves chicken.

ayon kay best selling author robert kiyosaki  (poor dad, rich dad) pinaka magandang business to start with is direct selling... so pproblemahin mo na lang is kung anung product ang ibebenta mo... dapat yung kaylangan ng mga tao, or yung makakapag bigay ng good benefits sa kapwa natin... kumita ka na, nakatulong ka pa... mas maganda yung ganun db?

for me the best business is yung hndi kailangan mag isip or pumili yung buyer kung san siya bibili or pupunta. wag food or internet cafe. piliin mo yung business na kailangan ng masa like pharmacy or gas station basta siguraduhin mong mura  and mag click yon

starting a business has lots of things to consider. e.g.,magkano ba capital na kaya mo? meron ka na bang ideal place na paglalagyan nito, remember that your location is a big factor when it come to putting up a biz, (i know one jolibee outlet na nagsara dahil sa bad location nito)? kailangan din na kahit papaano ay may idea ka sa papasukin mong biz. do attend seminars, lectures etc.. pero i strongly denounce getting into franchising, sapagkat sa ganitong uri ng biz, franchisee lang ang kumukita (except of course kung kaya mo ang FF ng jolibee), if you can do it your way, do it.

here are some of my biz (owned and ventured) that goes well:

parlor (ideal capital: 250,000.00 per branch)
botika ng bayan (1M including the products)
lotto outlet (2M including the cash bond depending on your loc.)
photo print shop (200,000 including the minor equipments)

sir, may downfall ang PC hardwares kung di mo kabisado.. nadale ako nyan wayback 2002-2003, ang dami kong stocks, biglang bumagsak ang presyo sa int' market ng pumasok ang taiwan made... ayun, bagsak din.. break even lang, talo pa sa manpower...

pcso will be asking for a cash bond, pang guarranty sa mga claimants na mananalo sa outlet mo just in case na tumakbo ka (ridiculous?!) hehehe. visit the pcso website for details...

For the chinese Food and Drugs ang kailangan ng tao

Gasolinahan medyo malaking kapital ang kailangan mo except mag invest ka sa biodiesel.  Yung mga used oil ng mga fastfoods kunin mo.

Appliances and Electronics ang drawback dito mabilis magbaba ng Price

Magtayo ng call center pero malaking capital din ang need at problem dito kailangan may contact ka.

Lotto outlet kung ikaw pa lang ang nakatayo at marami ang population why not pero baka nasa barrio ka at konti lang ang population e lugi karin.

food business is great. kaya lang ang downside is its is food, madaling gayahin. kapag nakitang click yung business mo, madalig may magtatato na kakompetensya. its only good for 1-2years. baka di rin malaki kitain mo kung 2 years lang tatakbo ang business. take for example na lang yung "Kiss - King of Balls" sya yata yung nag paumpisa ng squidball cart business. nang magclick may gumaya na, after a few years sawa na tao. same with siomai, first was siomai house, ngayon may master siomai pa and etc. yung street food na calamares, wala pa yatang 2 years, wala ng nagbebenta dito sa amin. nagsawa ang tao.

pero according na rin sa mga business books. ang maganda nga na itayong negosyo ay yung mga basic needs ng tao, namely: food, shelter, clothing, medicine.

1. food - di pangmatagalan, since madaling gayahin.

2. shelter or pabahay. kung may capital and vacant kang lote, magpagawa ka apartment. or sa case ko, i'm planning to buy and sell condos. madaming pre-selling na condo ngayon. you can get them from 1-1.5m, after ng completion ng condo, pwede mo na syang ibenta ng 2-2.5m. ang nakakagulat pa, kahit na sabihin nating hard times ngayon, ang dami pa ring naghahanap ng condo. or kung di maibenta, ipa-rent mo rin. yung tita ko may 2 condo unit na pinapaupahan, hindi sya nawawalang ng tenant. at the most 1 month lang nababakante ang condo nya, may kapalit agad na tenant na nakukuha.

3 clothing - kahit hard times for sure may bibili. palagi kasing may ocassion. Birthday's, Christamas, binyagan, kasalan, etc. kapag Christmas naman mga company giveaways (isa sa mga source ng income ko ^_^, busy na naman ako ngayon from sept to dec)

4 medicine - do i need to explain more? just look at mercury drugstore na lang. yun nga lang kailangan competitive ka with mercury drugstore. same price or lower. maganda itayo ito kung may katabi kang clinic.

siguro the best way is yung kung ano ba ang passion mo...

kung ano ang like mong gawin, hobbies, passion mo sa life..

then turn it into profitable business...

if food is your passion... then.. anong type ng food.. anong flavor nito ang hilig mo.. may add ons ka pa ba pag kinakain mo ito...

if passion mo talaga ang isang bagay and you turn it into profit generating idea...
