espiya.net mods, Q?
« on: April 13, 2008, 05:11:50 am »
i just want to know about those members na nagkakaron ng conflict dito? what happened to them? i haven't been seeing them lately.  we're a family,right?... as you've said, so maybe, we're entitled to know what's happening in the family?

being an espiya member, it think i have the right to know.... ( not in behalf of anybody ) kindly, ( Mods, ABB, SG... perhaps...) give me answers. kung demokratiko tong sinalihan kong  organisasyon.

thank you very much...

regarding your question, currently, we have this amnesty program for all members with multiple accounts to voluntarily surrender their other accounts. this does not only involves the "members lately" but all of the members in general. the rest of your quesiton will be answered more detailed by our dear SG.

*first of all the question is not about the website. I'm asking for those individual members.
*second, i am not asking help of any kind, from this question, in this forum.

i  know you're smart enough to know this. or you just feel that your ego has been trampled upon, kasi you're a MOD in this section of the forum. that's why you gave me a warning.

i'm just asking questions.

so then again, to the MODS, ABB, AG perhaps... I need some answers.

just my 2 cents ;)

this is a free board, you don't have rights only privileges vested upon you upon the whim of the admin. if the admin decides to implement some things he can do so on his own without any notice nor getting any approval. it is solely up to him if he wants to ask for opinions or just go ahead with whatever he wants to do.

regarding punishments or whatever actions taken on other members, it has been the admin's policy not to make such public. although, there is an effort on his part lately for transparency (the implementation of such things like the ABB, court martial, etc). but so far, there has been no mention of him granting any privilege regarding conflicts among members.

whoa... nakakatakot to, mao zedong for the admin.

ok... so walang priveleges, as you call it, ang mga members? i can compare it to people in the metro that's being apprehended  and not hearing from anymore. summary execution ata ang tawag dun.

just stating what i'm feeling here.

as I said, this is a free board. ownership is with the admin and as such he can do whatever he wants to do and no member has any right to question that. its not like members are paying for the services they get in this board. so if the admin wants to make changes, either put up with it or leave. its as simple as that. totalitarian principle perhaps but it is what it is.

and again so far no privilege has been given such that members will be able to know things related to banning and such (not even mods are given that privilege). it was only about two days ago that the admin decided to pass on his powers to ban/suspend members to a court martial (which hasn't even been implemented yet). as I said its his site, he can do whatever he wishes. If he wants to divulge that info then he will, and no one can tell him to do so if he doesn't want to.

Nobody has been banned yet. Everything has been silenced because the Complaint Corner board, where the recent fighting and flaming took place, has been hidden from public view so as not to fan the flames of animosity.

I have been very tolerant, and very democratic. I have relinquished all powers to ban and make rules and I'm passing this to the members through the different groups that will be created such as Court Martial and the Espiya Congress.
I love Espiya.net. My grandma loves it too!
