They are not expected to submit a payroll of their district staff or report their function, salaries and withholding taxes. No one starts asking if they do not produce a report on the research their offices should supposedly undertake. There is no demand for them to produce the list of consultants they have hired, as well as the contracts they draw up for those whose services they need. As fas as the current (lack of) rules go, how the legislators spend their public affairs fund is their business and business alone.

kaya hindi umaasenso ang bansa natin eh.
sila ay naturingang "PUBLIC SERVANT" pero for what?
have they given their constituents any service?
basketball court? sports uniforms? water pumps? isang plastic bag na grocery items pg elections
tpos ano na?

they have all, well not all, but ample resources to help and serve the people
pero napupunta sa wala

During the time of the GREAT APO sya lang ang nagnanakaw sa kaban ng pamahalaan and very few others Enrile was one, but they are very few.
Present time naman pati janitor ng Kapitolyo o munisipyo may SOP na sa mga govt.deals and projects to make it short lahat ay nagnanakaw na.

heres another one ung ninakaw nila Marcos and company for 20 something years ninakaw lang nila Cory,FVR,Erap and Arroyo in about 6 years or less.
