I'll just drop in my suggestions:
1. Set some "house rules" during EB. Do's and don'ts.
2. Assign some members to act as "Marshalls" for security. No weapons or sharp objects allowed.
3. No drugs. No excessive drinking.
4. Don't drink and drive. (We want you to go home safe)
5. Assign a Financial Officer for your group. Only one person should be in charge of money. Also assign an Auditor to check the Financial Officer.
6. Assign a "Scribe" or secretary to document the EB. The secretary will also keep the Group members directory.
7. Implement a "Buddy system". Each member has a buddy, and buddies watch out for each other's safety. You are responsible for your Buddy.
8. No illegal activities during EB.
9. Establish a Command Center for centralized and secure communications. This can be a central phone number, a private meeting place, or even a new yahoo group.
10. Break yourselves into smaller groups, and give each small group a Codename.

Thank you for the suggestions and rules as well. I just don’t think that we need another site to organize this. This site is enough and good for communicating to members for the coming exciting event. We’ll just used proper board or create another board (maybe group) to discuss this issue.

As of now, I’m still in the stage of gathering nice, comfortable and with good atmosphere location (NCR). I’ll update everyone if I found such location.
We need to have the specific locations of assembly from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. To all members who want to join this event, please inform us about your location so we can assess and settle on where we should held our very exciting assembly. For the NCR, I am still waiting for the poll result.
I really appreciated your effort to come up with the idea of a simultaneous assembly from any part of the Philippines. A small group assembly is hard to prepare and organize yet here we are trying to systematize an event bit harder than the first plan. I just hope that everyone is in full cooperation.
