there is an existing site wherein you can ask for business advice and business professionals will reply to your query. among the mentors are businessmen like joey concepion, felipe gozon, imelda madarang, arthur yap, federico gonzales, etc

sir sa pagtatayo ng negosyo halimbawa, ano ano ba ang kailangan na permits at mga ahensya ng gobyerno na dapat namin puntahan? pwede nyo po ba explain yung mga unang hakbang sa pagtatayo ng negosyo?
example:
1. Business Permit - ano ano po ba requirements at mga dadalhin namin para makakuha nito?
2. B.I.R. - ano ano po ang step by step na kailangan at gagawin para makakuha nito?
            - pano po ang tamang pagbabayad ng buwis?
3. D.T.I. - Kelangan po ba ng certification sa TESDA dito?
4. ETC.

depends on the type of business

if single proprietor

first, you go to business bureau get application form. the form will list the requirements and will have portions wherein a signature is needed from the concerned agency

after that, go to the following to get a clearance signature (fees apply)

BIR
DTI
City health office
barangay clearance
fire clearance
sss
philhealth
city mayors office

some places will have additional requirements, but you should see all the requirements when you get the form

some docs you might need

contract of lease (if renting a place)
IDs like drivers license
ID photos
books of accounts (for BIR)
sample receipts and authority to print from printing press
articles of incorporation and SEC registration (for partnership and corporation)

you won't need tesda clearance for DTI. its just for name check (to make sure there is no other business using the same name). you will only need TESDA clearance if you are going to teach technical courses

wala namang requirement ang SEC for starting capital of corporations, especially if its non-stock

if stock, just follow the rules. you need an authorized capital stock, 25% of that must be subscribed by the incorporators. and 25% of that subscribed stock must be paid by the incorporators. its up to the corporation when the incorporators will pay the remaining 75%.

example, 160,000 (16,000 stocks) ang authorized capital stock (lets assume each stock is priced at 10). 40,000 (4000 stocks) must be subscribed by the incorporators. from that 40,000 (4000 stocks), 10,000 must be paid (1000 stocks). if there are say 10 incorporators, each must then pay 4000 each.

All you need is a bank account to verify it's really you. kapag di nyo pa din trip maglagay ng bank account ay pde din (like me sigurista), skip nyo na lang yung portion na un. then, kapag may kita na tsaka nyo lagyan ng account details - di ba safe?Pero, If you don't have a bank account or your still stuck in the stone ages and don't trust paypal yet.. -That's OK, then just select it in your (payment options) and they will just mail you a cheque every 30 days. Yes they mail it anywhere in the world.

Just like Myspace your profile starts out very plain. So I think it works best if you pimp your page a little before you invite all your friends and contacts.. that way when they sign up the first thing they see is a cool profile (Yours).. The same codes that pimp Myspace pages work here too. Same exact thing but it's a better business plan than Myspace because this one gives something back to it's users... Add a music player too, it helps!
