report a scandal is under the mature groups. you have to be a member of it to view the mature boards.
 just go to the ps homepage, then click groups....

naitanong ko na din kay boss SD to sa kabilang tambayan natin, ito sabi nya:

1. server overload.

2. too many people online at the same time.

3. hardware limitations.

PS needs a second server for load balancing. That will come when funds become available. For now, we're optimizing scripts and making sure the database is optimized.

mga bossing.. i asked a similar question kasi hindi ko rin makita yung report a scandal page. all we have to do is go to the PS home page then click on groups (as mentioned in the other replies) . join tayo sa mature board para masaya uli!!!

teka..hindi ko magets...naka access namn ako ng lahat ng mature boards since trainee pa lang ako...but anyways what happened was i was sent a link to join whatever groups i wish to join so i joined for all the groups available of course para sulit but..ewan ko why some of us can't view them...

by d way, i have long deleted that e-mail containing that said link..sorry po but i'm sure one of our mods might have an idea or there might be some restrictions now...
