Make sure lang that your are still on 1.5 firmware

yup, that's why it's called the noob-proof installation.
unless of course you do something stupid while installing like turning it off.
As long as your on full battery nothing can go wrong.
If your in doubt, why don't you do some more research.

I'm surprised, you just bought it and it's still 1.5 ?
Must be old stock.

most psp na nabibili have already been DG to 1.5 so that it will be easier to UG to any custom FW u want, some are already on 3.03 OEC, while a few still come in original fw  2.60-3.03 like which u still need to be very carefull in DG to avoid bricking

I pity him because he hasn't enjoyed the full potential of his psp thanks to the firmware limitations of 1.5.

But be that as it may, i have answered his query, uploaded the necessary upgrading files myself for easier download and he has said his thanks.
