i think she's a professional.... to think na sumama sya with 5 guys and saying na she's decent?!
this girl want's to be popular or maybe she wanted to milk some money out of this subject.  honestly is she was "raped"there should be some forced entry into her pero sabi di ba sa medical findings there was no laceration of something???? so maybe she enjoyed being "raped"by this american..... and I agree kung rape yun bakit may condom????

Theory # 1: I think it's a sex-for-dough deal went bad.  Nicole went with the 5 guys thinking na times 5 yung bayad. e hindi, kaya nagreklamo sya.

Theory # 2: Di alam ni Nicole na Bangbus yung sinakyan nila.  Tapos, hindi sya binigyan ng kopya ng ni-record na sex scenes nila sa loob ng bangbus kaya nagreklamo sya.

1st kung ni rape sya bakit sya naka takas dapat patay na yan.
2nd sabi pala sa medical records eh walang bahid ng kung ako (yun ba yung by force)
3rd ano yung nabasa ko sa pilipino newspaper na kapalit visa....

most likely what happened here is this:

she was willing to go with them and hang out, but then it went bad when the guy wanted to have sex. she was flirty yes and the guy most likely thought it was a sign of consent. add the fact that both were drunk and the guy only had a few hours of liberty left. ayun minadali na nya and had sex with the girl

most likely the girl wanted the guy to be her bf but didnt expect things would go that fast (after all the guy earns dollars and could be her ticket out of the country for greener pastures--plus the guy is quite good looking).

We cannot decide if its rape or not dahil its still in court...they will decide. My opinon though is that there is no rape...matagal na modus operandi sa subic and clark yan...marami na nadali mga sundalo sa ganyan...pag di dagdag bayad kakasuhan ng rape.  Di lang lumalabas dahil inaareglo. If u guys read the forum on celebrity scandals, I despise rape ( even the portrayal of it). But this time, ibang storya....she is making a mockery of the proceedings...may pa walk out walk out pa..eh home court advantage na nga sya! Obviously, lumalabas na ang totoo!  Ang mapapahiya nito buong bansa.

but here's an interesting fact...

i asked some of my american friends... and all of dem agreed dat nichole was raped...

ang problema daw ay hindi sa victim.... but the government itself... pressured kasi ang prosecution...

i think medyo may consent din sya nung simula kaso ng nagkasarapan na at tinawag sya ng biatch ay nagalit at umayaw na(according to the suspects) at ung mga kano naman na gahol sa oras at nagmamadali hindi na nila naayos pa si nicole kaya di na nila napansin na hubad pa pala eto ng bumaba,,,kaya most likely kaya nagdemanda si nicole ay partly because of pagka insulto and pagkapahiya na rin dahil sa ayos nya ng bumaba ng van

hmm...  the fact of the matter is, she went out with the 5 americans.. thus she is fully aware of what might happen to them. coz in the court, if a girl comes to the "territory" of the man, unforced, then a rape case has little to no chance of a success.  some witness said that she was not forced to come to the van. 

plus as the medical examinations tells us, there were no signs of lacerations, or "forced" entry on nicole's body, again further debunking the case.  Then she has numerous walk outs, then she changed her panel of prosecutors.. isnt it enough activity that her credibility would be questioned? I mean its already atty legarda, ang pinaka todo basta about women abuses, but why was she removed as well? I smell conspiracy on this case though
