anybody tried google talk?

i've tried it and speech quality is exceptional compared to YM....

it doesn't support video calls.......

i believe this wasn't intended for out of the philippines VOIP users.

when you are planning to install this, you need to have an access to a "celfone with roaming sim (from the philippines)" as google will send an invitation code to the philippines cell no. that you specified.....

In my case, luckily I brought along a smart roaming sim....

my apologies for an inaccuracy to my previous post.....

upon installation of Gtalk, gtalk will send an invitation code ONLY to mobile phones in australia, indonesia, malaysia, new zealand, hilippines,singapore, thailand, turkey and the U.S.......

Not just the philippines......
again, my apologies......

should a spy whose currently not in the countries listed above.
a successful installation can still be achieved using a philippines roaming sim. (which i did, while i was in canada)

yep....me too, jus downloaded it n ala nang kelangan na activation code....though i havnt tried it yet....

n to pareng dkenz.....i dont thnk kelangan naka roaming ung phone mo kng padalhan ka ng activation code, mag receive kalang naman ng txt eh....
