Kung kayo ang ttanungin malaki ba ang pagkkaiba or pareho lang?

I. Similiraty?

a. Both of them claim to be fighting for the people;
b. Both of them are armed to the teeth and claim their inherrent right to use violence to achieve their objectives;

II. Difference?

a. The AFP is bound by the laws of the State, the NPA is beyond the control of the law of the state;
b. The AFP's actions are always presumed to be legal under the law in consonance with the principle of "presumption regularity", the NPA as the US and European Union Security Reports states is a terrorist organizatin and all of its actions are presumably illegal.

WTF! That's the black-and-white of it! Although our opinions may differ in consonance with each of our ideological persuasions!
