Cardio without losing weight? Posible ba?

As the title says, posible na maimprove ko cardio na hindi ako magbabawas ng timbang? Payat na ko kaso baka pumayat pa lalo ako, eto yung pinakaconcern ko. Any tip? TIA.

Stationary bicycle need mo other physical outdoor activity like running malakas maka pag burn ng calories...

Enough na siguro kung 30 minutes per day yung pag stationary biking. Tama ba?
