What will this govt do to almost 1 million BPO workers who'll lose their jobs....

the most  possible scenario worst case is stagnant growth in BPO

worst case scenario would be no new investors for the bpo business... the usa will not pull out their investments since entrenched na sila dito... plus factor for us is our fluency in the english language...

There's a very very slim chance of this happening. Why? First, we do have very cheap labor costs. Only India among top BPO countries have cheaper costs than us. So you might say that they will transfer their operations to India? FYI, Indians speak fluent British english and not American english. That's why US BPO accounts do establish operations here in PH.

The only problem here is, if Trump wins. He wants companies in the US to limit their outsourced operations. But then again, no company in this universe wants their profit to decrease right? So them pulling out of PH is next to impossible regardless of whatever policy the guy/gal in MalacaƱang says. Though "improbable" may be the right term. :)
