BUT may loophole parin yan na pwede maging in favor sa employee. I forgot the exact numbers but basically if within a certain period (3 years ata) you have worked for the same company a certain number of months (eto yung number na hindi ko matandaan) kahit not consecutive, you are considered a regular employee.
because of that rule, ang ginagawa ng mga companies employing contractuals is they have at least 6 different agencies kung saan palipat lipat ang mga employees (after contract expires next contract is with another agency and so on until balik ulit dun sa first agency)
anyways at 20k per month, mahirapan ka makahanap ng starting salary na ganun kataas kung lumipat ka (unless in sales and we count the commissions you earn). dyan sa manila nasa 481 per day ang minimum that translates to about 10k a month so your current salary is about twice the minimum wage. so thats something to think about. kung kaya mo naman na lower ang sweldo but may benefits then yes its a good idea to find another work. yung benefits kasi ng SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig it may seem low at first pero over time kasi malaki rin matutulong niyan. SSS and pag-ibig have multi purpose loans (and even calamity loans)
