"Sinasadya ko talaga 'yang bunganga ko. I am testing the elite in this country because, historically, we are fundamentally a feudal country." -- Davao City Mayor and Presidential candidate Rodrigo Duterte at the graduation ceremonies of the Lyceum of the Philippines at the PICC plenary hall.

Some Digong points is really true, I have a friend, previous vice mayor in one of bicol municipality (independent candidate and idealistic). He feel this burden of helping people, all folks come to him for any sort (pangastos sa hospital, pangastos sa libing etc) he spent even his personal money to do this.  toast::

Then one day one party from the capital approach him, they want to set up a business in his municipality and want his help with the local  bureaucrats. He will have a share and percentage for whatever they will gain. He grab it with a thought in his mind "this is for the people"... He never get out, that his start of receiving more and more thinking first he is helping his people, but now he is enriching himself. He started good and end up rotten, consume by the system.  smoking::
