IT JOB
« on: November 22, 2015, 03:20:10 pm »
Hi mga ka espiya. First time na post ko to.

Ask ko lng kung ano pa pwedeng i matutuhan in the field of IT. As of now gsto ko pang matuto ng iba. Ano ba pwedeng magandang pag aralan? I have my own pc here in office with internet. Salamat sa mga mag susuggest! :)

Try to explore TS malawak ang field ng IT in terms of technical support, try mo mag aral ng linux most likely yung red hat  eto yung madalas na gamiting platform para sa mga server. Sa Windows naman pag aralan mo yung windows server 2003 and 2008 platforms mainly Active directory and powershell scripting. :)
Rak en rol!

Ok din sakin IT admin, It for Banking. pero siguro mas prefer ko ung Network IT. Balak ko ksing mag abroad if makakuha ako ng 1-2 years experience dito sa pinas. May knowledge dn ako sa Cisco Networking. Salamat sa mga reply nyo! :)

1. IT for banking - more on MS servers, MS client PCs. aral ka na rin ng MS certifications e.g. windows 7, Windows 8, 8.1, 10. Server 2008, 2010, 2012.

2. IT Admin - broad part lang to, mostly mga Servers and Client PCs. Servers in Unix/Linux/MS platforms, and konting client PCs.

3. Network IT - mga CISCO, CCNA, CCNP CCIE etc. May mas broader part to, Network Infrastructure - mas okay to, kasama cabling sa building. Access Points, Any switches. Mostly mga Network Infrastructure IT nagiging Project Managers, so mag try ka na rin PRINCE2, ITIL, or syempre PMI.

dalawang klase paga-abroad:

1. Skill based - may mga certificates ka and experience, mas okay to, kasi sure may say ka sa sahod mo.
2. MIgrant based or work ka as depende sa opening na kailangan - di ko amsyado alam ang ganito hehehe

Prang lumaki lalo interes ko sa Network IT. Ganyan kase mga tipo ko na trabaho. Since prang basic nalang cabling sakin.

you have better chances of landing a good paying job if you have tesda certification ts... also, tesda certificates is already recognized and accepted in many countries... so i think it is a good option for you since you are planning to work overseas... just approach your bgy. captain or congressman so they may sponsor you for a course so that you won't spend a thing in studying... :)

hmm, I.T. jobs...

1. i.t. networking and desktop troubleshooting.
2. unix/linux or winserver admin
3. db - dba, dbp - database admin/programer
4. i.t. as an application user or q.a.
5. programing
6. design (html, javascript, flash, photoshop, 3d design)

bali sa mga nasabi sa taas, ikaw naman talaga bahala kung ano eexplore mo at kung saan ka interested. kahit no skills ka naman pero kung talagang may gusto kang patunayan, like sa dota or something na important sa iyo. you'll be able to find ways. and maybe we could help.

since sinabi mo, networking. oks rin yan. basta may work ka na, learn from your colleagues and do extra reading and mad scientist experimentation sa bahay :)
