misleading post. they have a raffle and such but it is NOT the PCSO lotto, which the title is clearly trying to suggest. you view ads, you get raffle tickets which you use for THEIR raffle.

and even the app itself explains that "Vuewin is not affiliated with PCSO in any way. The prizes inside this app are exclusively given by Vuewin."

perhaps if the TS worded the title better, then there would be no misleading
