JOB DESCRIPTION/QUALIFICATION- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Psychology or other relevant course
- Must have at least 5 years working experience as HR manager handling Recruitment and Training
- Must have experience in payroll and timekeeping
- Must have experience in making of company rules and implementation
- With good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- With passion and high energy in performing a job
- With strong background in recruitment and retention: taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
- Must have experience in policy & procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes
- Experience in Food and Beverage who can handle 100 minimum employees
