âž¡ JOB DESCRIPTION/QUALIFICATION

▪️ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Psychology or other relevant .
▪️ Must have at least 5 years working experience as HR manager handling Recruitment and Training.
▪️ Must have experience in payroll and timekeeping.
▪️ Must have experience in making of company rules and implementation.
▪️ With good communication skills and interpersonal skills
▪️ With passion and high energy in performing a job.
▪️ With strong background in recruitment and retention: taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns.
▪️ Must have experience in policy & procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes
