[Question] BANK Hiring Process

Hello. Curious pa din ako if nakapasa ba ko sa interview or what. Kase thursday pinapunta ako for initial screening and test. Ok naman nakapasa ako sa test. then pinabalik ng tuesday for interview. Then group interview ang naganap, iba iba kami ng position na inaapplyan. Napaka ikli lang n mga questions ng interviewer basta basic. Sa tingin nyo ba mga co-spies/job seekers/ employees should i expect above 50% na makukuha ko ang job? Thankyou!

hr managers have different styles... since you mentioned that it was a group interview because you are all applying for different positions, there is the possibility that the interviewer is checking on your adaptability and cohesion as a group... there is never a gauge to know if you will be hired until you received the handshake which welcomes you in the company... just be positive and be focused in the next coming interview if ever.. goodluck ts..

saang bank ba yan? iba-iba rin kasi hiring process nila. pero kung umabot ka na sa Final Interview, medyo pwede ka ng mag-expect ng kunti. pero kung initial palang yan, huwag ka munang mag-expect ng kahit ano. hahaha believe me, I've applied in different banks last year, pahirapan talagang makapasok (well sa case ko lang naman yun). Nakakapasa ako sa mga written exam, pero sa initial interview medyo tumatagilid ako o kaya naman yung position na inooffer ehh di ko naman gusto.
