Help: Forgot my iphone 5s screen passcode!
« on: June 27, 2015, 11:17:27 pm »
I forgot the screen passcode of my iphone 5s and now hindi ko siya magamit for several days na. I tried several times until nag appear na ang message "iphone is disabled connect to itune". i have the latest itunes app just downloaded it sa apple website ng magka problema 5S ko. I connected it sa PC ko open my itunes then na detect iyong 5S. But everytime I click "restore iphone" ang lumalabas na message sa itune is "iphone server update"(pero sa summary it says na " Your iphone software is up to date". I've already updated it sa version 8.3 last month.")

So i followed iyong mga instruction sa itune but still i ended up with a message saying " cannot update error 9006". Kaya need ko ng assistance from our Espiya techies at kailangang-kailangan ko lang talaga ang cp ko for my work. kahit ma erase ang mga data okay lang basta magamit ko lang ulit 5S ko.

Thanks!

Restore na lang option mo. Wala ka naman pala worries kung mabura contents. Do a clean restore, from dfu. Google mo na lang rest of instructions kung paano mag dfu restore. Wala ng gumaganang tool for passcode recovery, restore na lang talaga. Goodluck, google is your friend.

I would recommend na i-restore mo nalang ang phone mo using your iPhone's recovery mode. Second, you need to reformat your PC and reinstall iTunes; what you're experiencing with iTunes right now is caused by a bad update. This is a common issue on iTunes and this cannot be solved by reinstalling iTunes. Alternatively, you could make a VM just for iTunes.
