*this is a telco account by the way. you will be part of a pioneer account so expect them to be a bit stricter.
*the account is currently ramping and is expecting to have 1500++ agents by next year. we are currently still at wave 4
*this will be a pure non-voice account (chat) as advised by the client (I have confirmed it with them)
