have been monitoring this news... be vigilant everyone and let us pray that the 2nd scenario of the typhoon veering off northeast happens.. if not, then be prepared...

nope

but the thing is people n Samar and some areas are still recovering from the devastation of Yolanda  therefore the structure especially the bunk houses and other structures that survived were weakened by it

even the typhoon is not strong but the psychological severity will be the same   impact of yolanda and the terror it gave will  resonates creating widespread panic and mass hysteria
