hi ka-espiyas... this has been in the headlines for the past week and we heard the MMDA constable and the Maserati driver's side...  however, there seems to be developments regarding the said incident describing the constable's alleged behavior on the streets... here's a link to an interview with someone who also allegedly encountered the rough attitude and personality of the said constable...

https://anc.yahoo.com/news/student-shares-humiliating-encounter-with-mmda-traffic-enforcer-in-maserati-incident-024259020.html

so what can you say ka-espiyas?

i think both of them are not telling the whole truth but the maserati guy is a lil less credible. For one, he didnt go straight to the police if he's claiming that he was also harassed. Second, the mmda guy had a video to back him up, then why didnt mr driver pull out his phone to record the incident, and yes, why hide or just show up almost a week after it happened? The mmda guy could be an ass, but he is one smart-ass, thats the bottomline

The law student also said that she had a video of the incident with traffic constable Jorbe Adriatico but that the memory card wherein the video was stored was broken. Given that the video was evidence she could've used in filing a complaint, it strikes me as odd that she didn't save a copy of it elsewhere.

Meanwhile, a second motorist who recounted another alleged incident of harassment involving Adriatico said that he didn't file a complaint at the time because it would've been pointless. In which case, why is he airing his grievances now? Wouldn't that be pointless as well?

::) this is why , The Philippines Government must Implement mandatory driving test  Hand Written and Actual on road driving

no offense but both side didn't have the rights to use and give road rules , let's face it not all of the driver in our country knows how to drive not all knows what is right or wrong

even here in Cali , I encounter some Filipinos who are not good at driving they are driving like a maniac specially on parking lot which we have a huge one enough for all the employee who has a vehicle but damn some of them races for that spot even if it is for our department

I even encounter one Filipino who has a Diplomatic Licence Plate on his Vehicle  but he only works on the Philippines Consulate and He stated that he owns the vehicle  ::)

weighing all the possibilities and probabilities

the driver a certain degree was  at fault even though both side were at fault in a  general manner

kasalan ng driver hindi mo dapat patatakbuhin ang kotse mo kung may kumakausap sayong officer pulis man yan or TMD or MMDA pero bakit binarurut nya sasakyan nya he is very lucky hindi sya pinagbabaril

point well said sir... had the driver immediately reported the said incident, it would have been a different story... well, here's hoping that the truth will come out.. just wondering, aren't there any cctv cameras within the vicinity which might have recorded the said incident?  that is a busy road....
