pwede mo naman message facebook , report mo yung facebook account tapos verification ng account ng kapatid mo , or if that didn't work tell your sister to private some of her album on facebook and only show it to the people she knew

then when posting her primary photo or some public photo make sure to watermark her photos with her facebook URL example = facebook.com/kendriana18

dagdag tanong lang mga ka-espiya since napapag-usapan yung ganito. pwede bang ma-track mga illegal activities over the net kung ang ginamit pang-access ng internet is prepaid sim? mababaw pa yung reson ni ts eh, gawin nating may mabigat na dahilan like may criminal liability.

for instance nang-post ng child porn or ng scandal nila ng gf nya na alam naman nating bawal sa batas natin. kung magreklamo ang babae at nagtago si lalaki, is it possible na ma-track down using prepaid sim while on the go (like kung nag-post sya habang nasa ibang lugar gamit pocket wifi)? kung sakaling stationary naman (like nakapirmi lang yung sim sa modem na laging naka-on sa bahay) mate-trace ba? curious lang...

this is exactly the reason why Facebook allows people to file complaints when their identities are being used fraudulently, that is pretty much only thing you can do because facebook will never reveal user's IP to other users because it is a matter of privacy unless you have filed official reports for the proper authorities such as NBI Cyber Crimes Division, but since it's just a fake account I seriously doubt the NBI will do anything, so your best option is actually just to file a complaint with Facebook
