no one offers Return Policies sa pinas, kahit legit stores with warranty, Replacement lang usually 1 week depending on item condition, yun ang mahirap sa mga "Shop Warranty" meron daw mga pahirapan  magpaayos

had several transactions with lazada and they are good... no worry for the 3rd party seller since they are in coordination with them.. had to return a cell i bought as a gift last year due to software issues and when i filed a change request they completed the replacement in 7 working days...
