Summary:
Receives calls with the objective of handling customer inquiries, problem solving and promoting the sale of products and/or services while providing exceptional customer service.
Meeting a sales goal, quota or specific attainment percentage will be required.
This position involves ongoing coaching and on the job training.
The primary function of the position is providing customer service and promoting sales on every call. 

Requirements:
Skill in providing service excellence to internal and external customers.
Skill in active listening, asking strategic questions to uncover needs and making recommendations for products and services to meet customer needs.
Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
Knowledge of a Windows O/S (98, 2000, XP and ME) and Internet; Basic PC knowledge preferred.
Speak with customers in an enthusiastic and friendly tone of voice to convey confidence.
Speak with customers in a calm, enthusiastic and friendly tone of voice.
Maintain customer relationships and optimize opportunities for sales of products and services.
Learn and use the tools to ensure appropriate information is captured in customer database.
Work in a time critical environment.
Be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
Maintain relationships and optimize sales opportunities. 
Effectively close sales.
Speak with customers in a calm, enthusiastic and friendly tone of voice.
Work staggered hours.
Requires broad knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.
High school diploma with a minimum of 1 year experience within an inside sales environment and 6 months sales experience preferred.
Equivalent education or experience may be substituted for any of the above.
