Ayaw daw po ni TS ng 3rd party software.

So knowing na nasa ibang network (different LAN) yung ireremote mo, meron akong isang alam na paraan. I think kelangan mo ng "public IP" or "Mapped IP" yata tawag dun...

Parang yung below image (network setting namin yan dito). Yung nag sisimula sa 10.176 na IP is LAN... Then yung nagsisimula sa 37 is "public IP". So kung nasa office ako, walang problema kahit ang gamitin kung IP sa pagremote is 10.176 dahil nasa iisang LAN lang kami. Pero pag halimbawa, nasa ibang lugar ako, as long as may internet, mareremote ko pa din yang server na yan using 37 IP which  is yung pulic IP nga nila.

Now about port 3389, wala ako masyado idea, pero palagay ko eh iyan lang ang assigned port sa Remote Desktop application.

I agree at above mentioned. Yung port is for RDP (Windows).

Could you provide the any diagram? wag mong ibigay yung actual details ah, kahit context diagramming lang.

Try to re-install the printer driver dun sa ni-re-remote mong computer.
