PBA to open Season at the Phil Arena

The PBA is set to become the first to stage a sports event at the newly opened Philippine Arena inside the vast Ciudad de Victoria compound owned by religious group Iglesia ni Cristo in Bocaue, Bulacan. After a second ocular inspection by the league, PBA commissioner Chito Salud has given the seal of approval for the staging of the ceremonies and games kicking off the league's 40th season on October 19 in what is reputedly the world's biggest domed arena. “Nasilip na namin. OK yung facilities nila. Pasok sa PBA standard yung court, yung flooring pati yung mga lockers nila. Even the acoustic for our sound system is A-OK,” PBA media bureau chief Willie Marcial told Spin.ph while on their way back to Manila after the visit. “We are so happy that our officials from the Philippine Arena and Iglesia ni Cristo have been very accommodating to us,” he added.

The problem here is traffic! Sobrang traffic sa Bocaue exit even if its Sunday. Masikip ang daan at walang desiplina mga drivers. When you go to Philippine Arena coming from Manila ok pagpunta ang problem is pag uwi! Kailangan mong pumasok uli ng N-Lex at mag exit sa Bocaue ext to go back to Manila. Hindi ito aaksyonan ng mayor ng Bocaue kasi anak ito ng founder ng JIL.  8)

may sariling exit philippine arena di ba? kahit di kana sa bocaue exit pumasok, advantage lang to sa mga may sasakyan and malapit dito.

 Smart Araneta at MOA Arena nga kahit Ginebra na ang may laro hirap ng punuin, babanat pa sila sa Phil Arena  ::laffman ::laffman

goodluck na lang sa mga manonood ng game
as in sobrang traffic ang mangyayari
maraming taga north ang magkakamot ng ulo sa asar niyan sana mayron na silang ginawang sariling entrance at exit para sa mga manggagaling ng north at galing sa manila naman yung exit na lang ang kulang

one can proceed to tabang exit naman or the other exit tollgates after that.... so many options...  work in progress pa naman ang area... di pa tapos lahat ng dapat itatayo dyan....and may plan naman na lagyan ng overpass tollgate directly out from the Ciudad de Victoria crossing the nlex then go southbound na... wait and see :-)

parang masyadong malayo  kung sa ibang exit ka lalabas
pero understandable nA work in progress pa rin ang lugar
baka next year or two mayron na yan
