Naapektuhan na ba kayo nito LTE users? 

Inggit na inggit pa naman ako dun sa mga kakilala ko na blazing yung transfer rates with their Unli LTE subscriptions, di rin pala magtatagal 

my workmate was even subscribed for 1month unli lte, after 7 days and 350gb of leeching, ayaw na raw, blocked na raw yung torrents.

How about yung mga 3g/HSDPA/HSPA+ users?

minsan pumapalo ang direct donwload ko ng 300KB/second masaya na ku dun
at 100KB ang torrent pero tignan ko baka late lang sa akin

4G prepaid LTE user here.. YES IT IS ******** TRUE, kahapon total block ng torrent traffic, ngayon throttled down from around 3Mbps to 60 - 100kbps the *******

Same here no Torrent 2 days ago nagkaroon lang yesterday pero pa putol putol tapos if magkakaroon man 50-70 kbps lang ang speed. hays...

techinically they cant block torrents (because torrents are independent of each other and there are literally too many torrent clients you can use). what they can do is limit the number of connections. when using torrents usually umaabot mga hundreds (i.e. default for utorrent is like 200 global and 50 per torrent) or so ang connections nyan. if you limit the number of connections, then  that would result in of course slower torrent speeds because you can no longer connect to that many peers

Yes i think the right term is throttled. Anyway, mukhang ang temp workaround is the same during the vpn hack days, wherein nililipat muna sa torrent downloader host yun file bago idownload sa download manager. Whixh is.. Hassle hehe

yes, kaya nga inaasar ko siya na buti na lang di ako nakagamit ng LTE for downloading kasi at least wala akong mami-miss nung nawala na haha..

best i could do on 3g hsdpa is 25-27gb in 1 day

and just so you know, yung mga hspa+ din na umaabot 10mbps (1300kBps transfer rate) ang speed apektado rin pala nito..
