OHH it's a boyyy!! so they did the pull-out method 
An American exchange student was dared (double-dog dared, probs) to climb inside a stone sculpture of a vagina in Tubingen, Germany on Friday night. The sculpture, entitled Pi-Chacan, was displeased and held the kid firmly between the lips, until rescue workers could get to him.
At least one of the rescuers must've been thinking,
"Ich werde das nie verstehen diese Amerikaner. Immer klemmt sich an, wo sie nicht sollten." (
Which is more or less translated as: "I'll never understand why Americans like to put themselves where they don't belong.")
Perhaps they should've raised him by his feet and smacked him on the bottom just for good measure,
