i am outside philippines and sadly you cannot use it here but there are available modem in each country i travel and its prepaid with bundled internet plans .. in my part of the world it is vodacom i found to be present in many countries but i have to change sim card for every country

just wanna remind you roaming doesnt work on this too. dont bother bringing a smartbro sim outside  the country.
