Use TOR.

1st. Be sure connected ang smartbro mo kahit wala kang load.
2nd. Run TOR, once connected Proceed to step 3.
3rd. Change your Browser's PROXY SETTINGS to 127.0.0.1 socks/http(for mozila browser) if chrome or I.E. just use 127.0.0.1
4th. Start Browsing.

unang beses ko mabasa tong free net thru TOR dito, may explanation ba kung pano gumagana to if ever may nakapagpagana man? ang alam ko kasi proxy yung TOR at bouncing lang ng traffic ginagawa nya and ultimately lahat pa rin ng traffic iisang outside channel yung dadaanan palabas which can be all redirected by the ISP upon seeing na walang net connection talaga..
