1. what you are asking for is illegal
2. kahit anong tweak gagawin mo you are limited to hardware speed limitation. i.e. if you are using a 3G stick, you can only get a max of 7.2mbps and that is dependent on number of users using the service in the portal you are connected to. lets assume sun is giving MAX speed of 7.2mbps pero mga tipong 100 people ang nakaconnect sa same portal as you, syempre hati yung speed sa 100 people
3. if you want the best possible speed, punta ka sa area na malakas ang signal pero konte lang nakatirang tao. for sure, you will get o enjoy very fast speed and might even be the full 7.2mbps (translates to about close to 1 MB/s)
