6. See problems as opportunuties for growth and self-mastery.
7. Dont believe people when they ask you to be honest with them.
8. Never buy house without a fireplace.
9. Buy whatever kids are selling on card tables in their front yards.
10. Once in your life own a convertible.
11. Treat everyone you meet like you want to be treated.
12. Ask for a raise when you feel you've earned it.
13. If in a fight, hit first and hit hard.
14. Return all things you borrow.
15. Teach some kind of class.
16. Be student in some kind of class.
