Not stabled and Slow internet connection

I need an advice sa mga network admin at network staff dyan... everyday we experience na nwawalan ng internet and sometimes mabagal. mydsl ang internet sa office and sa makati pa kami. Please help and advice on what can i do.  ::thanksforhelp

Sur bakit hindi nyo itawag sa pldt or siguro naman may IT staff kayo sa company nyo?

Wala nmn nagDDL sadyang nawawalan lang sya minsan ng net. dati na palitan na ng PLDT un router nila. need b dpt mag upgrade ng hardware?
