In case any of my Espiya brethren might be interested in purchasing new living quarters, Movoto Real Estate has a cozy apartment in a charming location that's relatively easy on the wallet (assuming the current occupant decided to sell it). Movoto appraised the property by comparing in-universe and real-life references.
