Naging problema ko na rin to dati. Ang ginawa ko lang is nag downgrade ako ng version ng utorrent then naging okay na sya.

lipat kayo sa vuze, yung sa akin bumalik sa dating bilis eh, d ko lam bat ano conflict ng pldt sa utorrent.

change the port utorrent uses. the ISP might be throttling known ports used by utorrent kung sa ISP side nga ang problema
