Kobe fractures knee, out six weeks...

Six games into his return from an Achilles’ tendon tear, Kobe Bryant is expected to miss six weeks with a fractured left knee, the team announced Thursday afternoon via Twitter.

Bryant suffered a fracture of the lateral tibial plateau, brutal news for a Los Angeles Lakers team that is already depleted at point guard and struggling to get back to .500. Coach Mike D’Antoni said Xavier Henry will assume those duties and will start alongside Jodie Meeks when the Lakers next play Friday night at home against Minnesota.

At this point in the season, wala na naman talagang realistic chance na makapasok sa playoffs ung Lakers. Kahit na magpilit sya bumalik, hindi naman sya magiging 100% back.

This is actually a good decision by the management. They almost have a guaranteed lottery pick. May chance na mag-improve ung mga usually 2nd stringers nila. Plus Kobe (and lolo Nash) will have a longer time to revover and improve their conditioning.

Ang downside lang nito e baka mawala na si Pau next season. Other than that, panggap munang Clips... laffman::

Mas mabuti na yang ipahinga kaysa ipilit kasi parehas lang naman, wala na silang habol pa sa playoffs this season...

About kay Nash parang may nabasa ako na article na magreretire na ata, kailangan na rin ng LA ng fresh legs sa center slot, wala na yang si Pau kupas na...
