Perhaps they'd also care for a garden with a koi pond accentuated by a small wooden bridge and a waterfall? I heard that makes for such a lovely conversation piece when the family is outside enjoying good weather, especially when company is around.

I have another idea: how about a small summer house attached to the main residence with a loggia that offers a nice view of the garden? I daresay that a combination of Japanese and British architecture incorporated into their living space would make it a truly elegant home and--should they decide to sell it in the future--allow them to get a fairly good price for it.  ;D

To add to that, maybe they also need a home theatre, a gym, a garage with some Bentleys/Phantom/Gallardo/Range Rovers, a walk-in closet, etc. Then a crew from MTV cribs to cover that

A capital idea! We could put the garage alongside the--hold on a minute...something just occurred to me: do they have enough space to build everything we've mentioned?  :o

We can add a separate pond for the doctor fish. Should we also install an outdoor jacuzzi like the one that Bryan Adams has in his Vancouver recording studio or should we just keep it inside for privacy?  ;D
