those worms are containing wasp's offspring... they are injected so the baby wasps could feed on the nutrients of the worm... try mo kunin yung mga caterpillar... hi yan active... they will lay there and wait for a miracle...thats how wasps reproduce...

So it is a wasp's pantry, after all. I was wondering why the caterpillars would build walls or cells.
