What’s the occasion? Per SI:

October baseball is here and even Kate Upton has playoff fever. The two-time SI Swimsuit cover model joined B.J. and Justin Upton on the cover of SI’s postseason preview. The photo shoot took place last month at Citi Field when the Braves were in town to play the Mets.

The boys of October finally has a Super Model cover,man she's dating a dancer from Dancing with the Stars ??? She stayed away from big name stars and athletes :(
