I think for jumpstart try mo yung pearl na drums like http://pearldrum.com/products/kits/drumsets/rhythm-traveler/

electric drums po ang hanap ni TS, not the traditional one.  if i remember it right, binebenta nga ni TS drum set niya para "upgrade" to electric drums.

Tama ka sir praeto_RYAN. Kaso wala pang feedback sa mga master natin dito kung ano ang masusuggest nila hehe.

sir talaga eh.  hindi po ako sir.  sir din kasi tawag dun sa titser dati na nakulong dahil sinalbahe niya yung mga estudyante niya.  eh alam mo naman ako, manyak lang, hindi rapist. 

baka asiwa ang mga ibang DRUM GURUS diyan kasi ramdam nila na halimaw ka kung makapalo ng skins.
