a Vespa-riding Gwyneth Paltrow cut off a school bus -- with Apple riding right behind her! And it was all caught on video, of course.

The incident took place last Wednesday, shortly after Paltrow and husband Chris Martin picked their two children up from a school in LA.

Footage of the harrowing narrow miss was caught on camera by the paps, and shows Paltrow riding away from the scene of her almost-accident as if whatever.

She ought to be more careful. It's not as if that helmet can activate a set of armor to cover her and her daughter.
